I had a wonderful time at the hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean with an amazing view, especially for Europe where rooms are usually smaller. The service was top-notch, with extremely polite and welcoming staff. The location, situated in one of the towers of a fairytale castle in the forested hills of the Fairytale Road, added to the magical experience. The dining, with a beautiful view in a fairy tale castle, was a fantastic highlight of my stay.
